Museum of Japanese Art and Technology Manggha in Krakow

The museum, which was founded 20 years ago on the opposite bank of the river to the Castle, was designed by Arata Izosazki and Krzysztof Ingarden.

The building structure has a wave form, which fits in perfectly with the Vistula, which is located building, and the traditions of island Japan, where waves play an important role both in art, literature and beliefs.

The museum was awarded in the "Polish Icon Architecture", which lists the top 20 Polish buildings created after 1989.
