New buildings in Warsaw

Warsaw, in contrast to Krakow, most felt the effects of World War II, first a number of bombing and destruction caused by the collapse of the Warsaw Uprising meant that little was left of the former Warsaw. After the war, the Polish government and Polish architects incorporated the plan into effect reconstruction of Warsaw's Old Town, the buildings that today we can see there, including Royal Castle is a reconstruction of the architectural original buildings in more or less destroyed.

Warsaw largely is a city where you can see many examples of socialist realist architecture of the Palace of Culture at the helm. It is also a city where it’s modern multi-storey buildings. Warsaw by the war has lost a lot of architectural monuments, creating a completely new, notable urban architecture.
